Thank you for the updated checklist. We have reviewed the outstanding items and can confirm the following:
Items 3.1 through 3.4 (employment contracts) will be provided by end of business Friday. Our client’s HR department is finalizing the redactions for GDPR compliance.
Regarding item 5.2 (environmental permits) — we note that two of the three permits are currently undergoing renewal. We will provide the existing permits together with confirmation of the renewal applications. Please advise whether this is acceptable or whether you require further documentation.
We have attached the updated vendor agreements as requested (item 7.1).
